The carrier hasn't updated my tracking!
Sometimes the tracking scans are delayed. Carriers do not scan packages when they're collected from our warehouse, but only once they get back to the first distribution center. Often shipments will suddenly resurface in transit / out for delivery or even delivered!
Lost In Transit Policy
Because tracking scan delays have become more frequent since COVID began, our fulfillment center has required we wait 20 days without a tracking update before we are able to file a lost in transit claim. Thankfully, this is due to how often packages suddenly resurface.
If your order has gone more than 20 days without a tracking update, please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we'd be happy to help get a claim filed and replacement shipped!
Please note: After 50 days we are no longer able to file a claim for a lost order. Because of this, we will not be able to refund you for the lost item but can either issue you store credit or a replacement order. Orders placed in 2022 have to wait 30 days with no tracking update before they can be filed as lost.
My order was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Don't panic! This can happen more than you'd expect, for a handful of reasons :)
Delivery scans can update before the package actually arrives to the final destination. We'd request to allow 2-3 days for it to arrive late.
Should you feel comfortable, we'd also suggest checking with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered. This can happen often as well.
Please also check your confirmation email and that the address entered at the time of purchase was correct. It's also worth reaching out to your local post office (that shipped your order) as they'll have the most recent update on your shipment!
If it does not arrive within 2-3 days, and no luck with your neighbors, please reach out to our support team to lend a hand!
Please note: If you have not received your order and it was marked “Delivered”, please make sure to reach out within 14 days of the scanned delivery date. If you reach out after 14 days, we are unable to file a claim and your order will not be eligible for reimbursement or re-shipment.
You may have just purchased a pre-order or back-order item. In this case, there will be an estimated shipping time under the product listing as well as on your confirmation email.
If your order includes a Pre-ordered item your entire order will ship when all items are in stock.

Our Canada website can only ship within Canada.
If you wish to ship to other countries, please visit one of our other stores, or visit the US store, which ships anywhere in the world.

International shipping from our US store can typically take an additional 2-3 weeks. Estimated shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before purchase. Some countries also may require customs/collection fees, which are out of our control. You can reach out to your local carrier or customs office for more accurate shipping and customs information, as our data is based on country regulations.
Please note: At this time, we do have a handful of products that are only available on our US site. We cannot ship The Adventure Box Subscription, film, or batteries internationally. If your order is shipping outside of the CA, there is a possibility for extended shipping times frames, delays, and possible fees.
